How we handle what you send us.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us: your name, business, contact details and what you tell us about your project, by WhatsApp, email or the brief on our contact page. This website doesn’t use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
Why
To reply to you, prepare a quote, and, if we work together, deliver the project. We don’t sell personal data or use it for anything else.
Who else sees it
No one outside the studio, except the services that carry the messages (such as WhatsApp and our email provider) and, during a project, tools needed to do the work. The concept sites on this website are demonstrations; their forms send nothing.
How long we keep it
As long as the enquiry or the project needs it, and then as long as the law requires for business records. After that we delete it.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and withdraw your consent. Just message us; we’ll reply within 21 days, usually much sooner.
